Solitude and Connection
‘Where are the people?’ resumed the little Prince at last. ‘It’s a little lonely in the desert…’
‘It is lonely when you’re among people, too,’ said the snake. – The Little Prince (1943:Chapter 17)
Through the adventures the little prince brings us, we come to learn about how we should spend time alone. Acknowledging one’s feelings of loneliness is important as it teaches us the relatable occasion one might be feeling existential dread but surrounded by loved ones. This feeling is directed towards ourselves because we do not want to burden the loved ones we do not feel comfortable talking to. This feeling is also directed towards others because of the austere conformity to superficial adult values. Although subtle, the little prince explicitly states their ideas of connate love, loss, imagination, and need for human connection through an ephemeral story.

Art and Nostalgia
Perhaps our spirits have chosen our loved ones to break generational trauma. When we were born, we were loved. However, as we grow older we gradually forget to be grateful. Therefore spending time alone allows us to understand our emotions and psyche, instead of spending time alone to feel lonely. Being alone should be the most comfortable feeling. During these two months, Fever is executing “le petit prince” exhibition that emanates the young adult phenomena indulging with the essence of analog horror. Similar to “le petit prince”, analog horror preys on our nostalgia, which is what drives our target audience exhilarated.
Marketing to Youth
To make it suitable for younger audiences, Fever should aim to invite 3,100 fans by social media marketing such as Instagram for a month. Consumers of Fever generally become cultured children through nurturing patience and inculcating the beauty of Art in Singaporean children. Additionally, consumers see Fever as a local and professional platform compared to other ticketing masters such as SISTIC and Ticketmaster. They operate on owned media as a mobile app. Despite the immense competition, Fever events are more intuitive than SISTIC and Ticketmaster, so the target audience is different. Fever invites consumers that seek self expression through artistic exhibitions.
“One is never happy where one is,” said the pointsman. — The Little Prince (1943, Chapter 20)
Once again, the Little Prince reveals his restless spirit—a child driven by insatiable curiosity, yet haunted by the thought of leaving his beloved rose behind. Though he journeys far and wide, encountering the wonders and absurdities of the adult world, his heart remains tethered to the fragile flower he left at home. In forgetting to cherish what he already has, he mirrors our own tendency to neglect those closest to us—especially our parents.
Despite the intensity of his adventures, the Little Prince comes to understand that experience alone does not yield certainty. If asked, he might quietly affirm: “The objective truth is not within our grasp.”
